FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50

The HERO Beverage Company offers FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S. For orders under $50 we offer flat and standard ground shipping thru USPS and UPS using calculated rates directly from the carriers.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING:Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed between 11/25/20 and 11/30/20 may require an extended processing time of up to 7-10 business days before shipping due to order volume.

EXPRESS ORDERS: Express orders received by 10am PST are shipped out the same business day via the selected express shipping option. Orders received after 10am PST are shipped the following business day.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES

Orders placed that ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FRO/DPO address will be sent via USPS. Rate will be calculated during checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain tracking information for the package.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

The HERO Beverage Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

CARRIER CLAIMS

The HERO Beverage Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
